I'd say shearer was slightly better at Blackburn than when he was at Newcastle. I think most of us will always wonder about shearer going to manchester united, personally believe he was better suited to Blackburn and Newcastle , though both had decent teams, shearer stood out more than the rest especially Blackburn,. Manchester united in the mid 90's it was team full of scorers and outstanding players, rarely did Cole and cantona get over 20 goals a season.

There are not enough quality Shearer videos on Youtube in general, but certainly not enough from Blackburn, when indeed, he was playing his best football. Newcastle fans tend to play that one down!
