i made sugar cookies before. it was my first attempt so i was just relying on what the cook book said and what i know. i put 1 bar of butter instead of 1 stick and they ended up melted. FAIL.

A good idea for making holes for ornaments, is taking a straw and poking a hole at the top wiht it before baking.

I am certainly going to try this. They jolly ranchers look so cool. its like stained glass!
