Well, according to another comment about the guns on a different video, they don't use normal bullets, but caseless 5.56mm rounds propelled by a magnetic accelerator. A railgun or coilgun to our knowledge.

Actually the round is even more deadly, it's 7.62mm! That's what they use in m60's! That would blow a hole in you, and hit someone behind you. And the best part is, because they are caseless they take up very little room so you could have about 50 rounds in a clip. And you could reconfigure the accelerator to have even more power, thus giving more energy to the bullet, but because they are electromagnets they would need batteries to power it so you would have to carry batteries around with you.
