the delay between the explosion and the sound was because when he uploaded the video onto his computer the sound was displaced a few seconds...it happens all the time, no sound barrier breaking, no sound barrier at work, just a simple computer error...

It is better if you change the valve on the tank so it does not have a relief valve. Fill it to 100% and throw it in a fire. The propane will try to expand but have nowhere to go. It will burst at the welds. Kaaablewy.
