He just didn't have time to get back into shape, and was clearly suffering in a cardio sense from 3:00 on. Still, considering that, and giving Frondek full credit for imposing his game plan, consider the incredible strength that broke through the first 2.5 armbars. I hope they match Best v. Gill. With enough preparation time, it will be Nathan's path to redemption.

@ViciousVince Yeah, maybe not Best's best performance but he came to fight. All 3 of his fights have been great, win or loose. Fondek did perform well though, even on the feet against who we thought would be a better striker. Great fight, HFC 10 was great, HFC 12 will bet better!

Best is a tough opponent for anyone. He hates losing and he has brought it in all 3 of his HFC fights. Win or lose it's always a good fight. Frondek is for real, he is truly the #1 contender for the belt!
Josh softened him good with body shots. Those punches to the kidneys definitely took a toll. Cant wait to see the championship fight!

Buff vs Frondek is going to be awesome, both guys come out there to finish the fight. It's truly the #1 vs #2 ANYTHING could happen!
