We need a cure, not a treatment. It would not surprise me if there aren't political obstructions for the development of a cure on the basis of bigotry, race hatred, homophobia, and territorial and economic interests (insofar that HIV infections predominantly exist and are worst in specificregions, socioeconomic class,race,sexual prefs, etc). I am sorry to propose this but after being in the US and seeing the extreme media bias, I am more susceptible to the notion that many policies are rigged.

your current work in South Africa is inspiring. It is fantastic the women have open their inner voices to sing out loud of the atrocities they are forced to endure.
