Good morning, I know how to make flashes of lightning, but could you to say to me how you make the bowl which moves and the particles which falls? (with which effects)
Did not know you could do this with particle world. awesome.
How about you use Mocha AE next time instead of motion track, i think it's way more versatile - it is possible to use Mocha with CC particle world right? im sure you can since it's just the transfer of corner pin data...
@TheRizzler1 Remember that this is a basic 2D track. If you use Mocha, the track will likely be absolutely flawless. Mocha is enormously more advanced than the built-in tracker that I used.
@ipolarbird2 haha I regularly confuse the shit out of people trying to explain what I do so I rarely try but it's basically this; I suggested that the maker of the video should use a tracking program supplied with AE called Mocha AE, instead of the integrated tracking system in After effects called motion tracker (planar tracking is better than point tracking) so that he could get a smoother track.

Good recreation of the wands battling but there is too much pouring off. The original is with less but random offsparks, pouring-style.

Sparks can be made in Particle World. Pretty much everything I learned for this effect, I learned at the Video Copilot website.
