Hayley is kinda cute....gotta love that sweet accent..as to the Gel Kinsei..well..I prefer the GT and Kayano series a lot more..sometimes the most expensive..isn''t necessarily the best. choice..nice post though.

this shoes are to heavy. They are good for the feet but don´t help to improve the running-technic.. most people run a bad style and the shoe don´t save your knees, hip and stuff... so run with light shoes and visit some courses for good running...

All of these additions to running shoes are just causing more problems. It has been shown the more padding, the more stress on your legs.

Yeah, have been a faithful fan of Asics for running and I use the Gel Evolution every year. The new edition is ugly as hell but it feels better than ever.
