I to own an LKSM-12 and I have not touched my 6 string very much since I got it. Your playing is very good. Tone is rich and warm. The adjacent bass strings crashing together really gives the LKSM a wonderful sound.

Yeah, it's specially braced to be used with heavy strings...and tuned downed a minor third. It makes it sound like nothing else out there.
