You have to beat Veteran to unlock Pro =O

If you wan't to skip the cage:

Climb the ladders in the very beginning of this chapter and kill the 4 Majinis on the crane (use PSG-1).

Checkpoint. If something goes wrong, they can restart from that point without that the mistake would affect the end result.
