No, all(Well not all) of everyone's creations are all uploaded into this huge database which your game randomly pulls content from. So you are playing with other people's creatures, buildings, and vehicles.

No, this series was made a good while after release, so unlike the Lil' Jammer series, this series actually has just random creatures pulled from random Spore players. =)
