  • most probably their best and most original song

  • I think this is one of the finest songs he has done and it doesn't sound outdated as band work from that years

  • Gorgeous song. This shows that U2 are capable of better than the last three albums, which have been mediocre at best.

  • Película maravillosa y Bono le da su toquecito de lujo.

  • 0:43 That's not Bono......

  • @rutjeputje Yes,that's the imposter Pavel Svera.

  • @rutjeputje e invece è lui :)))

  • U2 are easily brilliant when they don't care about sales.

They should go more jazzy/acoustic or edgy/rock (Achtung days).

They won't sell as much, but this would be a great opportunity to finally sack that greedy c*t McGuiness.

  • @acrobat741 Yeah, listen to "No line on the horizon", it's not jazzy but beyond edgy. Not very radio friendly either.

  • @acrobat741 word. I don't know if it's greed or lack of inspiration or great songs just don't sell that much for some reason. Maybe it's the big arena effect. These kind of songs just don't sound this good in front of 80,000 people.

  • one of the best songs ever!

  • Great song,it's a pity that is not very known,Bono is a great lyricist.

  • i love this movie

  • "and you are not mine" sounds very similar to "and you are not me" from REMs Losing my religion

  • I get chills at the "you can cover the world with your thumb ..." section. It really takes you by surprise and it's haunting.

  • i agree, and doesnt matter what the critics say its a brilliant fim

  • OMG-A U2 song that I've never heard before! I thought I'd heard them all!!! I need to get this soundtrack!

  • Same here! Have you heard "Never let me go"? That song is new to me too and just as amazing as this one. Bono can also make great songs without his U2 mates! He is too modest about his talent, when he says he's nothing without them. But of course, with them he is at his best.

  • I guess thats the song you come up with

when your in between being in band , and

trying to love someone at the same time

    absolutly magnificiant, incredible too

  • Such a hidden gem...this along with Never let me go..music for the MIND:)

  • I've got no home in this world

    Just gravity, luck, and time

I've got no home in this world

Just you and you are not mine

NO ONE i repeat NO ONE on Earth is as good a song writer as BONO......

U2 = GREATEST BAND THAT WALK THIS EARTH

beatles, floyd...all the lot can FUCK OFF

  • Yeah, they used to be all that until ATYCLB came... after that, it's all shit.

  • Have you listened to Moment of Surrender, Fez/Being Born, White As Snow or Cedars of Lebanon from NLOTH? Their creative instincts are intact, after a slightly wobbly period.

  • @Rubikscube27 yes, their last album contains great songs as it is in the past. I am especially addicted to unknown caller and moment of surrender.

  • Yeah, all those are quite good, I agree. Just not "The ground beneath her feet"-good, thought. Let's just hope they retake what they left incomplete after POP.

  • @PELUDINCALENTON Yeah.....I'm with you really, alot of people won't say All that you can't......is crap because it was so popular, but I remember buying it in 2002 or was it 2001? and being really dissapointed........Million Dollar Hotel CD is like the greatest thing they ever did and no one cares??!!

  • @lohello567 Yes I too love Million Dollar Hotel plus have you tried The Passengers CD (U2 plus Brian Eno and others) it's so experimental, but brilliant too - gives U2 another edge and shows what an amazing band they truly are. However, I've been disappointed with their last three albums and tracks like Stuck In A Moment are abysmal IMO.

  • @manzone604 Agreed.

  • @manzone604 I agree with your passion and feeling about Bono and U2. I own every U2 album and all kinds of other recordings bono has done separately from U2. I recommend you look at the album "Shag Tobacco" by Gavan Friday. Gavan is a friend of Bono's and was even briefly in a scene of the Rattle and Hum Movie.

  • @manzone604 i'm not going to comment your opinions, i'm just going to say even Bono himself would tell you're a moron.

  • @manzone604 Totally agree with you mate, been hooked since 84, seen many rock bands come and go but U2 continue to write just the greatest songs, and seeing them live is such an intense and amazing experience, over 30 years and still playing to 80,000 people all over the world no band comes close, U2 i thank for the soundtrack of my life!!!!

  • AMAZING........

  • bellissima!

  • "I´ve got no home in this world. Just gravity, luck and time."

  • fantasic song ! :)

  • Amazing song!

It's much better than many other new U2 releases from the same period.

  • love u2!!
