We all miss Gary. He brought a lot to the group in so many ways. We always got a lot of requests for his originals and though he played mostly bass in Cameron he was one hell of a guitar player too.
First heard this Band playing at Big Daddy's 747 Lounge in Miami maybe around 71' or so. What a great and talented bunch of guys. Was friends with Lane, Dave and Brother Charlie on Sax. Gary and I would do what we called " Who Sangs" trying to stump each other on "Obscure" Fiftys rock tunes and such. He was a great musican and song writer and a great guy. Was hoping to get in touch with him. Sadly, though, I just read of his passing. May God Bless.,,,, Jeff's45rpm Fiftys4ever
This band was as good as Grinderswitch and I LOVE Grinderswitch (not a slight to either). Southern R&R was so huge on Long Island that had either of these bands been from there....who knows. Although this band doesn't quite fit the Southern R&R mode (early Allman Brothers didn't either fwiw)....Great solo at 3 minutes...great band...brings back tons of Florida memories. Thanks
Hi ,Thanks for viewing this video and for those very kind words. Gary Dunne, the singer and writer of this song passed away recently. We performed next to each other in Cameron for 8 years. Gary was like a brother to me and we all miss him dearly.

Thanks for your positive comments. We did many gigs and free concerts around the
South over the years but somehow we never got to New York. I wish we had.
