1. add good night lighting & beautification (public art? flowering plants/ shrubs tended by local residents?)

2. foster active community foot/ bike patrol to work w/ police to deal with drug dealing scumbags

3. encourage residents to call police for all suspicious activity & police/ prosecuters follow up

4. have residents use park for music night, movie night, picnics...

5. install healthy features for youth (basketball court?...)
