that's what I expected, I ended up doing that I believe. I just rotated the voodoo cloud and all around till it was facing my workspace view. like you said. I had a pretty good render of what I did for a school project... but stupid me I deleted it all.
did you use voodoo with 3ds Max? I am haveing a problem getting objects to line up and match the view port. I know voodoo puts it with Z axis going up. I changed what I thought was the right spot in the Max file but it is still not working well. Any Ideas?
yup both of those. when i made this video i didnt really understand how it works. i would spend hours moving stuff around to make it match up. you have to really pay attention to where you are standing and when you put the voodoo camera in 3ds max you just select all of the camera stuff like the cloud and stuff and move it to where you think you would be standing in the 3d enviroment. its super easy and now i dont waste hours doing this. ask me any questions you have.
