Err I'm not sure if I agree with this statement. Personally I think her slightly dull expression gives her a very "normal girl" feel that more girl audience can relate to too.

It's sort of cute actually, and contrasts well with the hot guys in this movie. Makes it a little different.

But then again, this is just my humble opinion.
