Looks interesting, but I am an American, so it doesn't go high enough, fast enough and the drop is too small. They needed about 30 or 50 feet of drop instead of just like 10.

You can go to Disney World and get a better drop (Tower of Terror), go faster backward in the dark (Expedition Everest) and go much faster in a line (Rock 'n' Roller coaster). That's just in one place, not to mention the hundreds of far superior non-Disney coasters all over the US.

@Chris92SE i see where you're coming from and fair enough, but theres just not enough land to build on for alton towers. It's still a good ride and even better at the scarefest when it opens at night. Thirteen was a family oriented and very overhyped ride, definetely, but still its a great addition for the expansion process at british merlin parks.

I remember all the fuss about this ride when it first opened and I can't understand why. Whilst it's not a bad ride, it certainly is nowhere near the standards of other coasters around the world. Its not scary, not fast enough, not high enough and far too short. Plus, Alton Towers is an absolute rip-off now!

this ride isnt that scary me and friend had a laughing fit in the tunel bit and going backward she shouted "werre the hell are we going " was hillarious !!!! but you have to que for a pretty long time so get there quite early if you plan to ride XD and dont go alone you might shit your self in the line (scary thing) + youd get pretty bored and if theres is a guy on here who iscalled scott and isnt gay and was the one writing on the fence you rock dude!!!
