The fact is that its doing 0-62mph in between 2.5 and 2.8 seconds on gravel. So no its not that dumb to think its doing it in 2.3 but 2.3 is a bit too much.

Americans in general go after "bigger is better"-trucks or SUV's and wouldn't look twice at some Lancia. Heck, they'd probably think it was some Korean car and since it has no high displacement V8 it's just a "toy".

Few road legal S4's were made anyway. Interestingly enough the last Group B rally was the American Rally in December 1986, which the Delta S4 fittingly won.

Personally I prefer the Audi Quattro S1. The technology won IMSA later.

@NM2255 ero appena partito. gomme fredde . come ho ingranato la seconda prima della chicane il posteriore ha perso completamente aderenza . perche io scalo quasi dentro la chicane . faceva molto freddo era la finale . mi stavo giocando il 2° assoluto .

the S4 had a super charger for low end grunt and a turbo charger for high end grunt so it always had the best of both worlds
