Just watched the intire video ...I have over 50 dislocations honestly before my 1st surgery...1st procedure my shoulder was tighten placed with 4anchors maybe 3...1yr later it dislocated while I was asleep also when I was swiming..2nd procedure it was the same operation also tighten..Now the 3rd time Something was placed onto my bone which the dislocations has chipped a divid in the bone..I have use of my shoulder but not much at all..Im 26 yr old 6months later in here at home what can do?

After surgery and 6mths rehab of the first type of dislocation, will the shoulder joint be just as resistant to dislocation as it was before injury?
