Sims 2: Karate dog! (Canine self defense pad)

I downloaded that, but i dunno how to use it. I i cant click it. Do dogs just go there when they want to?

@ConfuzzledOwO I dont know about that but if you type "boolprop controlPets true" in the cheat thing you can play as the pets...
