I like the intent, but if healthy food is not sold in an area, let people move out - just like subsidizing building on the coast through guaranteeing flood protection, government intervention is not always the answer. That in a state that grows more fresh produce than almost any other, it's a travesty that children lack nutrition on a daily basis.
