For anyone who wants to know, Matt didn't want to scream on this album, and was afraid of losing the singing to the screaming but it was only a phase and on Shogun screamed on the album and started getting back into it and by 2008- and into 2009 he was screaming and singing again, and now with In Waves he is just fucking apeshit on the screaming vocals and can still sing perfectly, i think it is interesting to hear him sing screamed parts, no need to give him shit, it was an awesome show.

But he started screaming again with the 4th album, and he delivers it quite great live.

Wow are all of you seriously complaining about his vocals? You do notice this was in 06 yes? If I'm not mistaken that was the year The Crusade was released, hence when he went for softer vocals. After 08, when Shogun was released, his growls and screaming returned in a massive improvement and lets not forget their most recent release which I think was "Shattering The Skies Above." Best said... this singing act was only for a moment. Their insane live now so STFU!
