iPhone 4 Car Holder with Vent Mount Installation - Review

Most people I know with iPhones have them in cases full time. Why can't inventors of car mounts invent these things to accommodate iPhones IN THE CASES. Seems like every mount I find is designed for a naked iPhone. Very frustrating.
