Sorry for not replying it depends on your graphics card. the one i have on my laptop is kinda bad but survivable. You should order your laptop with the best graphics card you can get. sorry for replying so late to your comment

Some times it can be laggy when you are using effects but you can always change the quality to make it laggy or not laggy.

the webcam doesn't come with the comp unless u add it to the comp when ordering.i think i kinda explained that bad

well did you press enable audio effects its the little square in the effects menu

Ok if nothing works go to settings then press reset all because then it will go back to the original settings or check your computer like if its muted. then if that doesnt work I dont know. go on google try to figure it out im not sure.

Where is Reset?

go to the settings button. When you press the dell web cam center there should be 2 things that pop up the main screen and another screen wich says dell webcam console there is camera and effects and there is a button on the bottom saying settings press it

and below parental control there should be a button saying reset all press it and the default settings should go back. Hope it helps.
