RobtKraft, you don't actually know what the "Rezko scandal" was about, do you? Check out the Wikipedia article. All the rabid Obama-haters were hoping that something would come out in Rezko's trial which would suggest SOME shady dealing on Obama's part, but there never was.

Anyway, Obama's point about McCain isn't that McCain is wealthy. It's that McCain has no grasp of economic reality; he thinks that to be "rich" you have to make $5 million a year. Well, that would make Obama middle class.

When an article is heavily cited (Rezko's is) Wiki's a far better reference than the unsubstantiated rumor pages which the "Rezko!" screamers rely on. In addition, you can see a revision history if you have concerns about accuracy. So while you wouldn't want to cite it in a scholarly paper, Wiki can be a perfectly good resource to use when finding out the bare bones of a matter.

Of course, ANY trustworthy source will tell you the same stuff about Rezko as the Wiki article. So it's a moot point.
