It was painful to watch PC fumble through her list of questions. It would have been a much better interview if the producers understood the Purpose --> Process --> Measurement.
It would also have been helpful if the production team had been clearer. The clearer you are and the more thoroughly you understand what you're talking about, the more capable and trustworthy you will appear to viewers and guests. Journalists, especially TVO, need to eliminate all jargon from the Agenda.
