The only thing i would say that needs work is your improvisation. It's on the way, but i think it's out of the style. This kind of music need a lot of heavy chops maybe you should learn the real solo for ideas! But overall a good interpretation! Keep on groovin!!!

At 2:30, when the guitar solo begins. Shouldn't the bass be more kind of staccato like? Sounds more dramatic and melodic to me that way.

@asdfero Yeah they definitely could be. I come from the Dusty Hill school of 8th notes, where they're longer typically to fill out the trio sound. I never really noticed, thanks for pointing that out!
