It's not that cold, Here på Vestlandet it rains all the time, and it isn't realy cold before its -5->7 Celsius, then i start Using Jackets

polar bears dont live in norway. only ''dangerouse animal here is the wolf/bear/ a snake we call huggorm belonging to the viper family of snakes i think. if you get bitten its more like a bee sting but you should visit a doctor and get an antidote, if you get an alergic reaction you may die. (sorry for bad english)
