I think the argument, if you can call it an argument. That because YOU have played violent video games, and havent killed anyone yet. There have been cases just as there has been cases for film of murders being influenced by games.
Still, i think there are enough blocks in place to stop children playing violent games. In the end its the parents fault if the games fall into the wrong hands. Having said this i sound like a hypocrete, as i played GTA 1 when i was about 6 or 7.
i think that our generation is a "smarter" one, we have grown up watching violence on the tv, it was only a matter of time befor someone put it in a game. on the tv if i see someone get shot i dont flinch or scream, because ive seen it before. many "old" people were obviosly grown up by worried parents and it rubbed of. "VIOLENT" GAMES FTW!
Hey man great video, it seems if we are thinking on the same level plus we are bothing going to college to go work in the industry.
Parents need to learn that the game industry works just like any other industry thats deadicated to entertainment and thats crap what she said for one Games and films are made with the same intension in mind and that is a lesure time activeity but also video games can be used for education IMO Julie Peasgood is just another big mouthed hypocrite. bloody mass media!

An interesting point is that the bigoted old bag in the interview is an ex-pornstar.
Oh, and she voiced a couple of games, too.
