see, i could do this by listening to you play and learn in bout a wek maybe 2 (i dont use grades) but if i were to read it and play it ( i can read drum music lol) then it would be rlly difficult and probs take bout a month lol
@Gregsheff1 from left to right: Sabian 14" AAX stage hats, UFIP Class series 6" splash, Soultone Extreme 16" crash, Sabian HH 21" raw bell dry ride, Soultone Extreme 17" crash, Sabian HHX 18" china :)
@ghilburt thanks man! It's a yamaha stage custom in the matte siena finish, i think the shells are mahogany? The snare is a Yamaha 14x5.5 brass Manu Katche signiature
@scaryfishdude how do i not play them in time or is it just cuz the video isnt synchronised and i play grade 8 pieces easily theres nothing difficult with these songs and whats wrong with kesha songs just go fuck yourself
@AdamPalmerMusic i havnt watched ur vids, but u gotta understand tht u gotta learn it before u cn call it easy, the only really easy songs is kesha, im sorry but its true, all the new pop crap is just the basic rock groove sorta thing, these songs on rock skl test drummers properly. no room for singers, the point is, its a drum song, so we get the best part of it.
So yea, learn some arctic monkeys at least, thts the closest to pop with half-decent drumming.
@AdamPalmerMusic I know someone thts been playing for 6 and tbh hees not got anywhere, it doesnt matter how old you are or how long youve been drumming, just if your good or not
Very, very nice! You nailed the song but also managed to use a very tasteful degree of interpretation a perfect example of putting your own signature on a piece.
@Halomad10 lack of equipment! I only did the videos because I was doing the recordings for LIPA and I don't own a camera or any recording gear, I've been wanting to get some new videos for ages though so I'll try and get something fresh soon!
Though the breakdown seems oddly phrased. You played across bar four and five, which makes it feel like a five bar phrase and then a three, so it kinda feels as though it finishes early in the phrase section.
