There was something i noticed playing this game if you used either paul kariya or steve sullivan from nashville and skated with the puck at full speed the announcer would say "He's so fast he could peel paint!" but it only worked with one of those players, most likely cause i think they were like the highest ranked for speed, i think sullivan was faster tho

@IslandersFan25 In NHL 11, they did a quite half-ass job with disallowed goals: you can stand in the goalmouth with both legs and the goal will count. They covered only high stick goals and goals scored by hand...

@hujjer Exactly, you're 100% right bro. You can still walk in the crease in score, I'm hoping for future versions goalie interference and being in the crease will not count as a goal (both skates, goalie interference being even maybe a penalty based on discipline or holding the left stick up for more then a second when entering the crease.)

@IslandersFan25 Not sure where you've been, but being in the crease is 100% allowed in today's NHL. Scoring while in the crease hasn't been a rule since 2000.

For the record too, in NHL 11 I've had goals disallowed for the following "Batted in with the gloves, kicked in, and knocked in with a high stick."

I agree with you on the Goalie intereference thing, but it's not a problem to be in the crease when you score a goal.
