The GOP is pulling the same type of shit with Ron Paul now. Just wait until the final elections and watch closely. Unless we go back to paper ballots, with SUPERVISED hand counts, I doubt we'll have an election this year. The word will once again be 'placement' of our next President. Also, further note that building 7 that was destroyed on 911 held the incriminating evidence on Enron and World Com. plus some other info. Convient for that building to be disentegrated ... huh?

Thing is, I agree with solothyrn below: The only thing that keeps the government from prosecuting these sons-of-bitches for treasonous acts, is that the remainder of the government is probably just as corrupt!

I think D.H. Lawrence was right about democracy: Any one man can bend one to his own will.

I dont get it. Why rig an election? If the person you(government) want to win doesnt, just bully the one who wins into doing what you want. I mean presidents are mostly fall guys anyway, so why doesnt congress and the rest of gov just tell them what they are going to do?
