Sorry I initially missed your comment or I would have replied sooner. The best thing you can do with regard to projects is have a list of your active projects to review each week. I'd also suggest a folder for a project like you mention. Each week review the project to determine what the next step is and get that into your system. Getting your projects under control becomes clearer as you get your runway actions under control. I hope that helps.
