  • Over 23,000

  • @internationalRLfan Woo-Hoo! Thanks for noting that on (4-02-10)

  • @internationalRLfan Now you just need to change that 2 to a 6 :)

  • WOW over 15,000

  • And it's about to hit 16,000 (11-20-09).... Never thought that this would be my most popular video.

  • your a popular guy! I even took down my picture of jesus and repalced it with you!

  • LOL thanks man! Did you add a little shrine too? =)

  • 12,000!

  • LOL yeah! I'm still shocked about that!

  • Hey u need to change the date and how many views this now has!

  • LOL yeah, this is my most successful vid... and I really don't know why!? I think it's linked to several other video sites...... but I didn't do that. lol I'm wondering how long before it hits 10,000??

  • probably december i would say. your tags are probably what people type in so your video comes up.

  • I just wonder, because most of my videos are heavily tagged, but they didn't get the crazy amounts of views like this one.

  • I just updated the count... it broke 7000 views.

  • Glad I could help inspire you!

  • nice qaulity Man

  • Thanks for dropping by!

  • How the hell do you see so many fricking trucks in one day? lol AWESOME vid 5 twinkles

  • There's 2 WM shops in this county... if you drive anywhere during the late morning hours on the right day... you'll see groups of WM trucks cruising to and from their various routes. Let's just say -- they've got a choke-hold on garbage collection here. Thanks for the stars!

  • around here there is a flat bed with lift gate that delivers dumpsters, it can hold up to 8 standard 6 yd, the only size used here

also did the RL have fender wells for a tag but no tag attached, it looked like the tag axle wasnt even there lol

  • You are exactly right! There were fenders on the tailgate where a tag axle is suppose to be... and no tag axle... my best guess, it broke and WM didn't see the point in replacing it, so they took the cheapest route, and removed it all together. At my old shop they did that with a pusher axle on a brand new roll-off... except they didn't pull the entire axle, they just pulled the wheels off, rather than fix it.

  • lol just making sure i wasnt seein things... or NOT seein things haha

    nice video!

  • Thanks man!

  • You find a nice bunch of trucks there, one of those llucky WM days I take it :) Like those trucks that carry the cans around - very unique compared to hear.

  • Thanks! Yep it was a good day... lol

How do they deliver cans there?

  • Typical delivery truck for front/rear lift cans (metal ones) is a regular flatbed with a crane, carries around 4-5 containers depending on the size of the truck and containers. Occasionally, you'll find some local companies actually carry the bin on the actual collected truck. Never seen any of these in Australia though. So I take it this is the most common method of delivery eh?

  • Yeah from what I've seen this is the most common method for delivery here. I've also seen this same type of truck towing a short flatbed trailer with 2 or 3 extra cans on it when needed (but this is very rare). Interesting thing about the newer trucks, they can spin the forks that hold the can 360 degrees on the rear... the driver can actually pick up a full can and turn it upside-down to dump it - if needed.

Do you have any video of the container delivery trucks you have around there?

  • Very interesting, definitely different compared to hear. I think it was the Amrep Corp. video that I saw one of these bin carrier's in action, and it had a brief clip of the arm rotation on these machines... very cool.

I don't have many pictures of the bin delivery trucks down here because it hasn't been my main focus in terms of garbage trucks... but I snapped a pic of one type when I was visiting a particular depot. If you throw us your e-mail I'll forward it to you...

  • thanks and your welcome

  • at 25 seconds there was a wm front loader

  • DAMN - You've got great eyes! I didn't even notice that! I'll add that to the description! Thanks!!!

  • was the first truck recycling

  • Nope that was household garbage. I was hoping the Mack MR/Heil F5000 was in that area... but I was wrong, so we drove on... I might go back and get some video of them later for the Leach fans.

  • cool

  • great vid 5 *'s for u

  • Thanks for the stars!
