@acehighhh It would appear to be the work of one Luigi Bassi, a clarinetist and composer who wrote various opera fantasies. Died in 1871.

he is amazing! his tone is so pure and clear- i haven't heard anything like it. they praise the greats like martin frost and such, but i love this guy, if he was playing at piano he would project to the back of the auditorium! its just my preference i guess, but i love such an open and clear tone, its gorgeous.
