I realize this video is from quite a while ago, but you can just get a new switch and replace the "Z" key switch.

It's unfortunate, as the keyboard is great, but there are quality-control problems with iOne's manufacturing process.

...though there's a video of a Das Keyboard with your problem, except significantly worse, so I can't say that this is exclusively a problem with the M10 or iOne keyboards in general.
