**** If u want 2 C a fight alot of people did not NO happened, go find Alves VS Fitch it was 2 or 3 yrs ago & Fitch owned Alves, GnPed Alves so bad, when Alves stood up Fitch clocked him 1 in the jaw with an up kick & got on top of him AGAIN & GNP his ass until the ref stopped it. Alves didnt do a whole lot, love 2 c them 2 fight again after GSP gives Alves a lesson on how 2 become the best fighter P4P on the planet. Who has ALves fought that can do what GSP is capable of doing? NO1, he hasnt fought anyone worthy in the last year or 2, wow he beat Koscheck who took the fight on 3 or 4 weeks notice & still couldnt finish him, but he plans on KO GSP in the 1st lol. Whatever makes u feel better @ night Alves. Alves fought a Matt Hughes whos about 2 or 3 yrs late of retiring & Hughes put up a good fight in the 1st, which I thought Alves would have beatin him b4 then & 2 allow Hughes have side control twice WTF?

GSP clearly understand that Anderson had to  fight on his feet and not in the ground. Tales didn't look for a takedown and Anderson wouldnt go to the ground if it wasn't necessary

Huge underdog? In fact, A LOT of people are saying he's going to beat GSP. Thiago IS the "number 1 contender". See...ONLY the "number 1 contender" gets a challenge with the champion. That's WHY it's called the "number 1 contender" slot. Same as with boxing. Sherdog confirms Fitch is the "number TWO contender". I MUST be talking to a clueless knucklehead!

i was there at ufc 97 and was disapointed by a lot of the outcomes, especially the snoozefest main event, shogun, lidell fight was the best match
