"Captain". In the Minifig military hierarchy, a Captain is a minor commander in charge of the military operations of a small installment, in this case Colony "Confidence." Hope that explains things. =)

no they can, its just in the first season that they couldnt because when gavla fortified the backyard as her base, she installed a device that emitted a toxin that would kill minifigs but not bionicles to ensure that no minifgs could enter. this is before that was installed, and even with the toxin emitters installed, it would only harm minifigs if it was turned on. if deactivated, it wouldnt hurt them.
