It's ok everyone, I know csummy, and he is the biggest fraudster going. He calls himself a developer but gets everyone else to do his work for him so it kind of ironic that he calls the great Jean Michel Jarre a fraud and a joke. csummy neither plays a musical instrument or understands music or its structure. @csummy Would a classical guitarist or violinist consider someone who plays electronic guitar or violin to be a true musician? Jarre is a classically trained pianist and also has played many other instruments not just synthesizers/keyboards. I consider him as much a musician and composer as I consider Bach or Vivaldi to have been musicians and composers.

@csummy I think the equipment is but the artist's pencil..the music cannot compose itself.

Jarre also prefers older, analogue synth, which is harder to setup and use due to less automation. I prefer the warmth you get with such equipment.

I've also seen him live - he's nothing short of an audio visual wizard, one cares deeply for the music itself and also the millions of fans around the world. Whatever he uses, Jarre creates magic.
