you film actors, then you trace over the film with ink and colors, adding other aspects to it.
then you put the cartoon into the film and show that.

I like the idea, it was going very well at the start. But it dragged a bit at the end when it switched to different characters. Loved the timing with the guy in the street, actually looked like he was singing it.
