Actually, the singer is John Woodbury. Nobody famous, just someone with a good singing voice that crooned the song for this cartoon! You can find this information on the IMDB website by searching "Pluto's Blue Note 1947".

One of the best covers of this but in Spanish (Solamente Una Vez) was done by Luis Miguel back in 1992 (Segundo Romance) you think Pluto's verison got girls swooning, listen to Luis Miguel's track *sigh*

"You belong to my heart" was originally from "The Three Caballeros" in 1944. I don't know too much about it's availability, though...
