I've always liked WFOR's logo from this era. I used to call it the Geordi LaFour because the streak in the 4 reminded me of the visor worn by LeVar Burton's character on Star Trek: TNG. I don't know why, it just did.
what became of Khambrell Marshall, at the wolfson archive the other day we had someone walk through there and saw his picture on the wall and asked and i didnt really have an answer.
I think he's still at the P-N Station in Houston, KPRC. I thought I heard someone say something recently about him doing weather or sports there now, but I haven't confirmed.
I always liked when they would go to a commerical break, they would show the beind the scenes of the news set and the cameras would zoom in on things and then pan around.......
Yes. He anchored the 5:30 and did weather at 5 and 6.
He was possibly WFOR's best-known personality at the time, and they wanted to capitalize on his popularity. I think he only anchored for a couple of years.
2:13 The so called date rape at the age of 5?

The clips at the end with Bryan Norcross may be from '97, but I'm positive the stuff towards the beginning is from summer '96.
