They are given free tuition, countless banquets from sponsors along with numerous amounts of clothing, multiple benefits from local alumni as well as distant alumni, including free meals at many local restaurants, etc, and while they are being recruited even given free meals. Every school does it.

AU offense is in the top 10 in turnover margin while I think UGA is in the 2nd half of the category, and both defenses are pretty good at forcing turnovers. Oh, and I think Auburn has the edge in special teams. Not because of UGA mistakes but their own execution has been good all year. Turnovers + special teams will be the key. That simple.

@kami6969123 Did you watch the game? He was driving Murray into the ground all night AFTER the pass and should've been flagged multiple times. The tackle they showed here was just showing the play that pissed UGA's players off. After the fight Fairley ran around celebrating because he knew UGA would be flagged. I agree the helmet to the knee was not dirty but Fairley played dirty the whole game.

They are given free tuition, countless banquets from sponsors along with numerous amounts of clothing, multiple benefits from local alumni as well as distant alumni, including free meals at many local restaurants, etc, and while they are being recruited even given free meals. Every school does it.

@jstrick114 Depends. Which ever team don't have turnovers and play sound on defense will be the winner no doubt. AU offense is in the top 10 in turnover margin while I think UGA is in the 2nd half of the category, and both defenses are pretty good at forcing turnovers. Oh, and I think Auburn has the edge in special teams. Not because of UGA mistakes but their own execution has been good all year. Turnovers + special teams will be the key. That simple.

@MrAUFANATIC Wouldn't that mean that Auburn's offense gives up more turnovers? Everything I've seen about turnover margins has Auburn down further in the rankings. Auburn is also close to last in interceptions thrown per game (which is a bad thing) and UGA ranks #12 in interceptions per game. Auburn won't be able to do anything against UGA's defense without Cam Newton. They're going to get shut down thus keeping AU's D on the field, eventually wearing them out and leading to big plays.

Fairley did ONE bad late hit in the game, he got called for it. The play they called "squeeky clean compared" was clean and thus no penalty. He was leaning and rolling on the defender is all.

You realize that, beginning at the 45 second mark, that isn't a dirty play by Fairley. That was a dirty play ON Fairley when 2 Dawgs tackled him and piled on top of him, trying to hurt him. Add in 3 chop block attempts on him beginning early in the game, and UGA's play was inexcusable.

He told me when the allegation at against Cam came up quote " there are more than one player on the football team that has special privileges and money showing up for the players out of no where".
