Deutsche Post are apparently interested in purchasing The Royal Mail, so lets not forget what happened to Rover with BMW, I rekon if the German baby poisioners (Autism Genocide - See Flickr), start getting involved in British Business again, it should be seen as a war action and treated as such.

Interesting how europes problems normally coincide with a newly rebuilt Germany.

What she is talking about is State Run Capitalism. All the Corporations that she mentions here are given their perceived legitemacy from Government laws. Socialism is a complete Government run system. If Government cannot be trusted now, imagine when they have contol of everything. And how is the Government kept alive? Through Taxation. Taxation is achieved by coercion, ie, by the threat of force. Lovely, slavery has always existed and unto we get rid of Government, it always will...

@kevbrav but government in a democracy can also be manipulated by the masses to protect themselves against exploitation. Even without government, people would still be forced to work or starve or become a tramp so it is also a form of coercion. It's because we don't have land. Land ownership is key to empowerment and self independence.

@kevbrav unfortunately we are too far beyond it, a country with a small population and large amounts of arable land could pull off an equitable land reform. Jefferson had a vision of the USA being an agrarian and Libertarian nation and it could of been pulled off back then, but now it's a bit of a pipe dream. I still stand by it if only in principle though, that land is power, and land is freedom.
