sonofjak1971...it sounds like you are selecting the wrong tracks when mastering. My suggestion would be to purchase the DVD manual from ebay. It helped me out and stopped me pulling my hair out.
HELP PLEASE. Every time i try to use the mastering toolkit all my tracks switch off so there's no playback to master or anything to record onto 11/12 mastering track. This is my second song and the mastering workred fine first time round, the manual doesen't have any help and im scratching my head in frustration!!
This guy reminds me of someone I work with, who has appointed himself my "Lunch Judge". No matter what I bring in my lunch, I'm supposed to feel really guilty about it. "Doctah Peppah? Hey errbody, he be drinkin' Doctah Peppah. I guess he be thinkin awwll bout magician, shee-it". I also learned from him that the only way anybody ever eats spaghetti is if they're crazier than a Muh-Fuh.
hey does anyone have the original songs from the br1200? i scrubbed the hard drive before i realised i should have backed it up!! i'd love to be able to scrutinize them more! i think thet msn live lets you put files up!!
@chez117 If you have a cd, you can put the cd in the cd drive and import the song as a stereo track. Hit play and play along. Record and play to play record another part with it. If you don't have the model with a cd port. You can use the line inputs and manually record it with an 1/8 inch male to RCA male into the input in the back of the machine. Hit record and play for the duration of the song.
Im sure because it has XLR inputs, u can put a few overhead mics on a drum kit and u can record drums that way, the only drawback is that you can only record 2 inputs at once so you could only hav a maximum of two mics that are seperated in two of the 12 inputs, but then again you can always mic everything and put it thru a mixer and then directly thru to the recorder.
What about hip hop...can you record vocals on this thing....can you create instrumentals.....can load instrumentals....this things expensive and I want my moneys worth, ya read me....Comment back if you got an answer....thanks
you can record vocals. you can import instruments. For hip hop you dont need much if you are not making beats. From what you are saying is all you are doing is recording vocals. Now the question would be is how much editing do I need to do after I record it and can this thing do the editing you need. And most of all is it fun. I dont own it so I cant say but I am more and more interested in digital recorders.
@pointblank2009 . Are you serious? Can you record on this thing? What exactly do you think a multitrack recorder is??? You put noise in and it records. Noise can be guitars, keyborads, mics, a dog farting anything so yes of course it records. Try going to the manufacturers website and reading!

Can you plug your pedal board into the Br-1200cd to record?
PatrioticRed 1 year ago
@PatrioticRed yes, you plug it in, in the ordinary guitar input.

I was just wondering... Are there any sound quality differances between the br-900cd, br-1200cd, and the br-1600cd after burning it to a disc?
