i never even bothered watching the third movie. and the mummy franchise is one of my favorite movies. i knew it would not be the same without her and brendan together so i just didn't go watch it.

As regards to The Mummy and The Mummy Returns, they were simply epic! They were my favourite movies growing up and they will remain my favourite movies. I really love the second one though because there is that moment in the movie where my heart breaks because Evie dies. I really think Rick's pain is captured at 2:28 and it never fails to make me cry when I watch it. I love the two Mummy movies. The third doesnt even register!

Ah so many memories, the soundtrack is amazing, the action and that feeling of adventure that few movies can pass to the viewer (like Indiana Jones and LOTR :D) makes this movie series (only the first 2 movies) one of my favorite from all time.

The third movie was intensely, epically, and magnificently HORRIBLE!!! Who the heck decided to ruin the franchise by adding freaking Asians into the mix!? Don't get me wrong, i love anime and such, but for heaven's sake, I'm surprised that china didn't aim their own missiles at us like the Japanese did when Michael Jackson went into their country!

@Calrissian512 Apparantly it's called Rise of the aztecs & set in Peru :) I would like another film simply because im in love with the franchise but i would like them to go back to egypt. Egypt is what makes these movies what they are. Loved the 1st and 2nd, third was alright but didnt have the essence of the mummy in it. Also prefer Rachel Weis as evie personally but Maria Bello defeinatley brings something diffent to the role :)

Even though its a different composer for the 2nd movie it still kept up a good mix of orchestral themes and percussion, unlike the terrible disgraceful shit from the 3rd movie. First 2 movies were spectacular!
