@PhantomFan1a He's being silly. The asbestos curtain was a 'fire curtain' which was used in cheap theatres which had live acts (for fire safety). Daffy completed his 'act' with his fingers and 'dropped the curtain' so when Von Vulture raised it up; Daffy wanted to put on a silly face. (Most complete description for a 1 second gag ever - lol)
