I think people who abuse the system are what's wrong with Youtube. Personally, if you're good enough to get paid for CoD videos, more to power to you. However, most big Youtuber's put out more quantity than quality. They'll put out 3 subpar videos that you've seen over and over again for the views.

ben i was told by wings of redemption that even if you dont see an add he gets paid per view if he runs adds on the video so if you run add blocker it still counts your view thus he still gets paid

This was...an interesting commentary Ben...not gonna lie. That guitarist/show dog/purebred breeding analogy was inspired. My view on monetizing videos is that is people want to make money from content that is awesome. However the point I start to take issue is where quality is sacrificed for quantity in an effort to increase potential revenue. And when quality is sacrificed, a cardinal sin has been committed in my eyes. I would say more, but there is a character limit damn it all!
