I've watched this over and over again, and I guess being a detective in training myself, I've noticed a few things. If you've watched the Horror trailer, compare the shirts Shawn and Gus have on in the Hangover ep to the one's they are wearing here. They are an exact match. Which means that this scene will be in the hangover episode which is called Last Night Gus Got Game. Either I'm a pretty good detective myself, or I'm a true Psych-O!

I think the flashback will be Henry letting Shawn know how to beat a lie detector test directly or indirectly. Shawn's deep breathing and look of determination make me think he has a plan. I am almost positive he is going to say no, and make the polygraph register that no as a lie. So he won't have lied in front of anyone (which would get him in big trouble with the SBPD and Juliet), and the show will go on.

@scottw182 The whole of "Mr. Yin Presents" revolved around him. We never saw his face until "Yin 3 in 2D", but the character of Mr. Yin played a huge role in the second a Yin/Yang episode.

If the police knew that then all the evidence he gathered by doing that would not be able to be used in trial.

This isn't the last season.. If it was they would say so.
