Don't have any on video (frozen ones), but they explode quite nicely. .223 works well, with it's hypersonic shockwave. Next time we go out shooting them I'll have to record them. Oh, one of my videos has a 2 litre ginger ale being shot by a 450 rifle. It blew up nicely! Especially since I shook it up first! ;)
